96 homilies of St. Isaac of Syria in a Church Slavic version, translated from a Greek translation of the Syriac originals. The numbering of the homilies within the text (adding up to 77) does not correspond to this actual number. The text begins on leaf 15a. The frontispiece on leaf Ia contains signatures of hieromonk Antim, hieromonk Seleukie, monk Pamphilie, all from 1786 (which is the date of copying) as well as a minor inscription at the top of the leaf. More signatures and the information that the manuscript was copied in 1786 (in Latin script), leaf Ib. Hieromonk Joachim's inscription dated 1786 (in Latin script), is on leaf 14b. Without ornamentation, apart from an ornate frontispiece framing the title of the work on leaf Ia.
